Who We Are

Clinic websites often combine established diagnostics, off-label care, experimental interventions, hospitality, and marketing on the same page. Our mission is to separate those layers. We document what a provider says it offers, what regulators permit, what published research can support, and what remains unknown. A study about an intervention does not prove that a particular clinic delivers the same protocol or outcome.

We review the public record available for each clinic and article. Sources are selected according to the claim being checked, not according to a generic quality badge:

• Provider information - clinic websites, treatment menus, price pages, named clinicians, and documents supplied by the provider are attributed to that provider.
• Regulatory status - we prefer regulator notices, public registries, product labels, trial registries, and official guidance for legal or safety claims.
• Clinical evidence - systematic reviews, controlled trials, observational studies, and case reports are described with their population and limits. News reports and company announcements are not labelled peer-reviewed.
• Pricing and access - we document dated public prices, inclusions, exclusions, location, and follow-up where those details can be verified.
• Firsthand and client accounts - we consider observations from clinics our team has visited, public posts and reviews on social media, and experiences sent directly by people who identify as current or former clients. These accounts can help us understand operations and patient experience, but they do not prove clinical efficacy.

Publication dates identify when an article first became public on this site. Update dates are used only for substantive editorial changes. If a correction changes the meaning of a claim, the article should explain the correction rather than silently replacing it. Correction requests can be sent to the address below with the affected URL and a verifiable source.

Our directory reflects the best evidence reasonably available when we review each record. The source depends on the claim. We may use official clinic websites and documents; public statements; regulatory and research sources; public social media posts and reviews; visits by our team; and experiences clients share directly with us.

Clinic services, prices, staff, protocols, locations, and regulatory status can change without notice. We may misunderstand a source, miss an update, or publish information that later becomes outdated. We correct material errors when credible evidence is provided, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate, or current.
