2. Listings, Scores and Rankings

Clinic listings, scores and rankings are editorial. Our editorial team prepares them from publicly available information. They are:

• Free to be included - inclusion in the directory is free; clinics do not pay to be listed.
• Independent of claims - claiming a profile does not change a clinic's score or its position in any ranking.
• Checked before publication - corrections supplied by a clinic are checked against public sources before we publish them.
• Opinions, not guarantees - scores reflect our assessment at the time of publication and may not capture every aspect of a clinic's operations.
• Informational, not prescriptive - we provide information to help you research clinics, not to recommend specific treatments or providers.
• Subject to change - clinics change, and we update our information as new data becomes available. Older content may not reflect current conditions.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of any clinic listed in our directory. Your decision to visit or engage with any clinic is entirely at your own risk.
• We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.
• We shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

4. Clinic Claims and Information You Send Us

Clinics can claim their profile at /claim to send us corrections. If you send us information (a claim, a correction or a clinic-finder request):

• You confirm that the information is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate anyone else's rights.
• You allow us to use non-personal information you send, such as facts about a clinic, to update the Site.
• We decide what to publish, and may edit or decline any correction.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site, including editorial reviews, scores, rankings, design, logos, and code, is the property of Happyberg Labs S.L. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Clinic names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to external clinic websites and third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any external sites. Following any external link is at your own risk.
