Longevity Clinics in Spain in 2026: Progevita, SHA and RoseBar Compared

Conflict disclosure: Progevita is a claimed clinic profile on World Longevity Clinics and currently displays a WLC ranking on its own homepage. This guide does not award a winner. Provider menus and benefits are treated as corporate claims until independently verified.

Spain offers three visibly different longevity-clinic models in the current WLC directory: Progevita, SHA Wellness Clinic and RoseBar Ibiza. They should not be ranked from the number of treatments in a database because a longer menu does not establish stronger evidence, safer care or better outcomes.

The useful comparison is how each provider sells its program, what a buyer can verify before contacting sales and where additional due diligence is needed.

The absence of a price on a homepage does not prove that no price exists elsewhere. It means the buyer should request a complete written quote before comparing value.

Progevita: Public Starting Prices, Material Conflict

Progevita currently publishes six starting prices:¹

• Inflammaging: €1,470;
• Leadership: €1,640;
• Optimization: €1,650;
• Detox/Ayuno Reset: €1,950;
• PRO Longevity: €2,000;
• Women’s Vital: €2,100.

Its homepage describes medical consultation, biomarkers, nutrition, movement, thermal environment and a plan for follow-up. It also promotes WLC’s ranking of the clinic. Because Progevita is a claimed WLC profile, neither that ranking nor this guide should be treated as independent evidence of quality.

What to request:

• exact program duration and accommodation;
• included tests, treatments and physician time;
• evidence and regulatory status for every advanced intervention;
• what follow-up is included after the stay;
• the full price after optional services.

SHA: Medical Wellness With Regenerative Claims

SHA’s current site presents longevity, healthspan and personalized programs. Its public positioning includes nutrition, sleep, movement, diagnostics and medical guidance, but it also advertises “Cellular Regeneration” involving regenerative medicine and stem-cell treatments.²

That does not establish that a stem-cell intervention is appropriate, authorized for a proposed use or supported by clinical-outcome evidence. In the EU, gene, tissue and cell-based products can fall under advanced-therapy rules, and regulators warn that unregulated advanced therapies may cause serious harm without proven benefit.³

What to request:

• the exact legal and regulatory status of any cell-based product;
• named clinical leadership and responsible prescriber;
• itemized medical and hospitality costs;
• contraindication and adverse-event procedures;
• outcomes for the specific program, not testimonials about the brand.

RoseBar Ibiza: Resort Longevity and Strong Marketing Claims

RoseBar describes a Six Senses Ibiza program combining diagnostic testing, functional medicine, personalized protocols and biohacking tools.⁴ Its homepage also says it can activate longevity pathways to “prevent and reverse aging.”

That is provider marketing, not proof that a diagnostic or biohacking program reverses human aging. A buyer should separate:

1. conventional assessment and risk-factor management;
2. lifestyle, recovery and hospitality;
3. experimental or weakly validated tests and interventions;
4. broad longevity claims that lack a defined clinical endpoint.

What to request:

• a program schedule and responsible clinician;
• the evidence level for each diagnostic and intervention;
• a written abnormal-result pathway;
• exportable records and follow-up after leaving Ibiza;
• a quote separating hotel, assessment and add-ons.

Do Not Compare by Treatment Count

The previous version used WLC treatment counts and declared “best for” categories. That methodology has been removed.

A treatment count rewards breadth even when:

• interventions have different evidence levels;
• some are optional rather than included;
• the same label covers different products or protocols;
• provider pages change;
• no comparable patient outcomes are available.

The better question is not “How many treatments?” It is “Which intervention changes a clinically meaningful decision, and who is accountable for its safety and follow-up?”

A Like-for-Like Quote Template

Send all three providers the same request:

Choosing a Model Without Declaring a Winner

Progevita is the only one of the three with clear starting prices on the homepage reviewed. That improves price transparency, but it does not resolve the editorial conflict or validate its treatments.

SHA presents the broadest luxury medical-wellness system of the three, including advanced regenerative claims that require especially careful scrutiny.

RoseBar offers the clearest resort-biohacking positioning, but its age-reversal language should not be mistaken for an established clinical outcome.

The right shortlist depends on budget, medical complexity, tolerance for experimental services and the quality of follow-up. Use the same evidence and quote questions for each provider.

Bottom Line

Spain’s three listed models are meaningfully different, but current public pages do not support an objective “best clinic” winner.

Compare written prices, responsible clinicians, intervention-level evidence, regulatory status and post-stay ownership. If a provider cannot separate medicine from hospitality or fact from aspiration, do not let the setting make the decision.
